GENERAL CONDITIONS Article 1 - subject 1.1 The company Spanish-Spanish with headquarters in Calle Pare Pere, 1-4, 03700 Denia (España), organizes a photo competition only through internet on “Spanish and Latin American culture”. 1.2 The users have to send their pictures about the above mentioned theme through our web page http://www.spanish-spanish.com. The best picture will be voted directly by the users of our web page. 1.3 Everybody can take part to the competition except those who come from a country whose official language is Spanish. the minimum age to participate is 18 years . 1.4 to take part to the competition the participant needs to provide us his/her personal information through the form of our web page. 1.5 The participant will only send to Spanish-Spanish, content that is not subject to any third party rights, or for which the third party rights holder has given you express authorization to use or transmit. By sending the pictures to Spanish-Spanish, you expressly grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right (including any moral rights) and license to use, sublicense, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any medium now known or later developed. Spanish-Spanish maintains copyrights in its selection, coordination, arrangement, and enhancement of such content. The participant who would send pictures for which he/she has no rights anf this would arise any claim or demand made by any third party, the participant will be responsible according to what the law says. 1.6 Spanish.Spanish.com is not responsible for the content of the images sent by the participants 1.7 Spanish-Spanish.com may at any time, in our sole discretion delete those images that are not consistent to the theme of the competition. Article 2 – duration and terms 2.1 Pictures can be sent from April 6th 2006 until May 5th 2006 included. 2.2 the voting period to cose the best Picture is from May 6th until June 5th 2006. 2.3 every participant can send 5 pictures maximum. 2.4 Just one vote is admitted for each picture from the same IP address during the whole duration of the competition. The IP address will be stored in our server and then deleted at the end of the competition. 2.5 Once the competition will be over, Spanish-Spanish.com may keep the pictures online at our discretion. 2.6 Participating to this competition you expressly accept the terms and conditions, in case of non agreement on the same condirions, both parties will refer to the Court of Denia (España) Article 3 – Winner and prize 3.1 The Picture with the biggest number of votes on the 5th of June 2006 at 12.00 a.m (Madrid hour) will win the contest and the established prize. 3.2 The prize is a Spanish course in our school in Malaga for 2 weeks, with accommodation in a double room in a shared apartment, according to what is described in our web page www.spanish-spanish.com. Transportation is not included. The winner can make use of the prize between 01.10.2006 and 16.12.2006, and he will have to get to the accommodation the Sunday before the beginning of the course, according to the dates and conditions written in our webpage. 3.3 The estimated value of the prize is 388€. The prize can not be changed by the participant at any condition. 3.4 Spanish-Spanish.com will check the identity of the winner before assigning the prize. If some of the information given by the winner at the moment of the registration were false, Spanish-spanish.com will invalidate his/her participation to the competition and then the winner will be the second on the list. 3.5 The winner will appear in our webpage and Spanish-spanish.com will get in contact with him/her. If the winner should not reply within 2 weeks then the winner will be the second one on the list. 3.6 Given the high value of the prize, Spanish-Spanish.com establishes aminimum number of participants which is 50 persons. 3.7 the participants to the competition authorize spanish-spanish.com to use their email address for promotional purposes and to publish their names on the webpage (just the first 10 best ones) Article 4 Modification of personal information 4.1 According to the law 15/1999 of the 13th of December in matter of protection of personal information, Spanish-spanish.com will not disclose your personal information. We will use the necessary means to avoid the alteration, loss, or non authorized access to your personal information. The participant can exercise at any time the rights to access, modification or cancellation of his/her personal information.
